Use case

I am using several of the "Text editing" icons for an in-app "PDF designer" that allows users to build e.g. invoice PDFs according to their needs. I am missing icons for the "Header" and "Footer" sections of the document.

I was thinking a slight variation of the "file-minus" where the placement of the bar/line symbolises whether it's a header text or footer text.
