Icon Request: file-ban

I need an icon representing the cancel of a file.

This is what I made by the combinaison of "fa-file-o" and "fa-ban".

I'm going to rename this to file-ban, but please keep in mind that in a web application it is possible to create the requested icon by using power transforms, masking, and layering features of the JS+SVG Framework.
