Can not accept an incoming call in "do not disturb"/"night mode" mode

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Configure the android "do not disturb"/"night mode" mode for the night time. On my phone under settings>notifications>no not disturb there are "time plans" for sleeptime and also persons>calls
2. accept phone calls for favorite/stared contacts
3. get a phone cann from one of the stared contacts
4. the phone is normal rininging

Expected behavior

Show the screen to accept the incoming call

Actual behavior

1. the screen to accept the incoming phone call does not show up
2. I had to click on the "disable the night mode for 30 minutes" to get the screen to accept the call
3. The option for "show incoming calls everytime in fullscreen" is turned off
