It doesn't make sense, no one will understand it. Current name is self-explanatory.

DEVICE to OperatingSystem

That's the name given by your OS, and it differs between devices. We won't change it.

It doesn't make sense, no one will understand it. Current name is self-explanatory.

PhoneStoage sounds like OS
Does AppData should non-nerd friendly to you ?
