Env: stage, test, appliances.

Steps:

  1. Auth as an admin at /admin.
  2. Open dev tools and console, check sent requests.

Actual result: Connection is closed and opened each ~4 seconds, GET /sse/v1/notifications queried every time this happens.
Expected result: connection is kept opened all the time, unless environment is down for some reason.
