Add wartremover and scalacOptions to ic-anthill-scala

Josh, since https://github.com/FoxComm/highlander/compare/feature/ic-anthill-scala is a greenfield project, please consider adding Wartremover and hardcore scalacOptions to it, to help us keep quality high from the beginning.
