Code Generator: Create Allowed Blocks Tables

It would be wonderful if on the image of the layout shown in the EEP Layout Tool the user can:

• Select a collection of signals that highlight on the screen
• Enter a name for the table
• Click on a button 'Generate Allowed Blocks Table'
• The table is automatically generated and saved in the clipboard

The user can now paste this table to the Lua file and edit stop times.

It would be even nicer if the list of signals shows on screen while selecting them, and the user can edit the min, max stop times on screen already before generating the table.
