Travel grant to jnxd for FOSDEM 2025

As per FPA decision of 10 oct 2024, a special grant of EUR 1780 is awarded to jnxd to travel to Brussels for FOSDEM/FreeCAD day 2025

Paid today 1485 EUR to @AjinkyaDahale via BNP transfer for:

• 1000 EUR as an advance for this grant, as approved by FPA admins
• 470 EUR ≃ 500 USD as google mentor stipend from GSoC mentors stipend #242
• 15 EUR bank transfer fee

This payment should now be reversed (if any money was deducted in the first place). I have gone for an alternative accommodation arrangement, not requiring a credit card.

Okay I just checked, the credit card has not been debited. Remaining of the grant left to be paid is therefore 780 EUR
