Two places linked together, cannot edit

There are two campsites that seem linked together, with one being uneditable....

The Bryce Canyon site appears to be a mirror of the Las Cruces site. Both have the same reviews, same filenames, and same GPS coordinates. When I try to edit the Bryce Canyon site, it will not save the edits.

Someone named "kissa1" had posted a review specific to Bryce Canyon, while all the other reviews are specific to Las Cruces.

What I would like to see happen is the Bryce Canyon site to be renamed "Great Western Trail" and have it keep kissa1's review. The Las Cruces site remain as it is, but remove the kissa1 review.
