Problem Description

When your playlist becomes very big it becomes annoying to move a video to a certain spot u like.

Proposed Solution

Implement something like this in the playlist edit mode

Not sure if this should be included as a separate suggestion, but we could also add "transient" ordering changes like YT has today to the non-Custom sort orders.
