Mobile doesn't have logout or Account Settings #17

When a user is logged in and the width of the window is reduced, the logout button disappears completely.

The CP Logo now has no padding on mobile and you cannot logout or view your account settings.
Mobile also has a animation issue where it will open close and reopen on click
