Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As the neuron display gets large it gets difficult to get enough resolution on particular areas of interest.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add entry to the Module context menu which opens a separate window with a NeuronArrayView specific to the neurons of the module. That way it could be separately scaled and dragged to an alternate monitor.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Perhaps this could work on a selection instead (or too). That way if you have a network like basicneurons, you can separately expand any area you like.
Additional context
Implementation note: This could be as simple as a dialog containing a NeuronDisplayView with a few bounds parameters but unfortunately, the NDV likely has quite a few shortcuts which prevent multiple instantiations.
