Deleting the config file does not reset values to default

I deleted the config file in "C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming.minecraft\config" for moreculling
It should create a new one when i launch Minecraft & restore the default settings of More Culling

The issue is when I launch Minecraft, on some settings for More Culling it still gives me the option to reset the values
