Mark latest release as compatible with 1.21 on Modrinth #304

Latest version on Modrinth is marked as only for Minecraft 1.21.1, 1.21 should also be added in the allowed game versions.

Does it work in 1.21?
We haven't tested it in that version.

It looks like it does, but might need more testing

1.21.1 was basically just a hotfix. It does work on 1.21.
