Import all Safe-related libs from another repository

Problem: We are importing many Safe-related libraries in our repository. All safe specific functionalities should be concentrated apart from this repository, making the tool more modular.

Solution: Import all Safe-related library functionality from the G7DAO/safes repo and make it as a dependency.

Requirements: Some libs need to be implemented first in that repository: G7DAO/safes#1
