OPSA has been asked to build a classification system for barriers, solutions and situations. As a next step, our understanding is that you will need us to identify the required fields to inform the choice architecture’s development, such as how the barriers will be organized by parent categories, what solutions should be offered for each barrier, and which information will the employee share with their manager. OPSA is targeting August 31 to deliver an excel sheet that identifies the relationships between data elements.
