Baselibs 7.0.0

This is a major release of Baselibs. It move Baselibs to use the new GFE Omnibus repository and removes the separate clones of the separate GFE libraries:

• gFTL
• gFTL-shared
• fArgParse
• pFlogger
• pFUnit
• yaFyaml

NOTE: This version is not compatible with Baselibs 6 due to interface changes in yaFyaml. Code that compiled with yaFyaml in Baselibs 6 will not compile with this.
