npm install Failing due to typeScript version conflict

During the npm install process in the reg-pilot-web app project, we see an error due to a TypeScript version conflict. The error log indicates that the current TypeScript version specified in the devDependencies is incompatible with the version expected by react-scripts. We have the typescript version 5.4.5 specified in devDependencies, which may conflict with the version required by react-scripts@5.0.1.
