rocheller123 changed the title **SF-SAC loading**: review and vet the options on the table (currently: 1) an approach that requires taking intake offline for some amount of time and 2) running the previously-used approach in the cloud over a long period of time). This might involve testing the approach with a minimal case in lower envs, collaboratively vetting a proposal, or something else. @jadudm SF-SAC loading
