package_show is returning access denied #122

While using an API key with necessary permissions as well as HTTP Basic Auth, I'm not able to get results via /api/3/action/package_show

Instead I get an error with:

"error": {
    "__type": "Authorization Error",
    "message": "Access denied"
}

I am however able to get permission-specific results from /api/3/action/member_list
