Harvest report is inaccurate

After the harvester runs, it emails a report to subscribers. It always reports zero records added / updated even when records were successfully loaded. The harvester ran yesterday, and several ERS records were updated. Yet, the report still says 0. Also, it reports 0 records in error when in fact, there are errors when the GSA validator checks the file. Clearly, the CKAN and GSA vaildators are still not validatng the same schema.

@dinali sometime there is confusion in terms of from which CKAN instance this email was generated, do you still see this issue, we can troubleshoot further on this. In the next release we are adding the CKAN catalog instance URL where this report was generated to avoid confusion.
