Custom fields?

Previously there was a way to add a custom field. What happened to that? We need to add two fields specific to our Standard Reference Data sets.

I had opened this issue before (#77) and work around was to add custom fields in the Organization. It used to add fields automatically when you type the last values in the last field. Now it has fixed 3 custom fields only.
