Description

Suggest changes based on the recent findings from all-benefits research.

User Story

As a content strategist, need to create changes to respond to user research findings to make BF friendlier and more helpful for users.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Suggest changes in a doc
  • Internal UX team review
  • Ernie's review
  • If needed, USAGov content team review

80% complete need to review Ernie's and Nick Doyle's comments and getting USAGov feedback.

These changes have been approved to test. Will move to testing next week 1/27 and will decide what changes to make based on the research.
