LuV+ Energy/Dynamo Hatch recipes only show He Cooling Cells, not NaK/Space Cooling Cells

Either show all three recipes or have the Cooling Cells cycle through the possible types in one recipe

The Reality

NEI only shows the He Cooling Cell recipe, but the Assembly Line still accepts NaK cells (haven't tested with Space)

Possibly related to #11303 ?
