I can't seem to find it anywhere but I'm probably just missing something?

It sounds like your firmware might depend on Microchip code? (From http://dangerousprototypes.com/docs/Open_Bench_Logic_Sniffer#PIC_firmware). In the last 6 months, Microchip has released things like their USB stack and other samples under an Apache 2.0 license. See https://github.com/MicrochipTech/mla_usb and http://www.microchip.com/mplab/microchip-libraries-for-applications

did you ever manage to find the firmware for the PIC microcontroller?
