Issue with WP 4.2.2 and Slider Revolution

Hi,
I've noticed an issue on the last WP version (4.2.2) with Slider Revolution and GK-Grid installed.
It's impossible to add or edit a slide in Slider Revolution 5.1.6 and there's an error message in the backend:
Uncaught Error: no such method 'instance' for menu widget instance
And after deactivating all plugins one by one it's GK-Grid which causes this issue.
I've uploaded the last version of gk-grid.php but the issues remains.

+1 Same error. Conflict with Akismet in Wordpress 4.5.3.
