Added weather map to the Weather app

Hello, this should work, but Because the data is written directly to the internal NOR flash, the erasing and writing life may be limited. It is not recommended to update pictures frequently as it may damage the device, on your own risk.

Thanks for the information @GeekMagicClock. I'll keep that in mind and add that disclaimer to the readme page. I haven't ran into any issues yet and it's been running 24/7 since June.
