Hi, I couldn't find documentation for the LAPIS API in the README. Where is it?

The LAPIS api is dynamic based on the organism. Therefore only running LAPIS instances have a swagger ui page. Maybe a generic description, or at least a link to an example swagger UI from cov-spectrum could be inserted?

Ah, indeed #928 seems to be more descriptive and a duplicate of this. I will therefore close this as a duplicate. It is still on the agenda for Wednesday and we will prioritize it accordingly
