Hi is there any way to make the dataset bubbleplots, and get the studies that have high similarity to our cells? Thanks for the tool and your great work :)

Sorry I'm not sure I understand the goal. Is it to make a circle plot that colors based on similarity to a query?

If so, then you need a way summarize similarity score at the study level as the plot works by grouping study, tissue, and disease.

You can look at scimilarity.visualizations methods: aggregate_counts, assign_size, assign_suffix, draw_circles to get your desired visualization.
