Currently, the frontend doesn't support genre searching. Build a skeleton page to enable genre searching and add the filter to toggle between that and the regular search page.

NOTE: Identifying a song's genre is a tricky task in the backend since Spotify likes to gatekeep that info. So, this page will be purely for show and there is NO wireup for now.
