Thanks, good to know that I'm blocked by US government sites 😄

As I understand the 304 status code, it means the resource has been cached, so the error seems harmless.

I think we can close the issue now. If we still see the same error in the next link checker report (next week), then we can modify the Link Checker workflow to ignore this error.
