Git tag releases & upload apk to github releases #3

This repo has no tags and no github releases, please tag the latest releases:

Publish universal .apk file (Android app) in github releases: (add description of the release & add the .apk file as asset)

also while google play version is: 2.6.3 https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=vision.genesis.clientapp.investor
The code in repo is with VersionName 2.6.3.1 (and before that was 2.6.0.2)
