Describe the bug

Title says it all :)

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Click "Hashtags" on the sidebar
  2. Click one of the hashtags
  3. Click "Unfollow"
  4. Click the back button to go back to the list of hashtags, notice the hashtag still shows up there
  5. Click the hashtag again, and notice the button still says "Unfollow", instead of "Follow"

At step 4, it's OK if the hashtag still shows up in the list until exiting the view (so that you can go back to the hashtag to follow it again, until you exit the view and then it's really gone), but it should probably have a different style (50% opacity?) to reflect it's been trashed (so to speak).
