Wine installation stucks #5
Comments
This is odd. Perhaps an apt package got updated. If you have ssh access can you run dpkg -l and copy the text and paste here? Thanks! |
the thing is i tried in a stock non updated image and in a fully updated image it does the same so i dont thing is about a package can you take a look at it? tried in stock buster and bullseye retropie images |
Hi,I'm experimenting with your scripts,so far highest mesa version for buster os that can be installed is 21.3.9 and highest wine is 7.0 Higher than that are possible only in bullseye/bookworm os eg: mesa 22.x.x. and wine 9.0 Tried your scripts in a manual retropie bullseye mesa and box are installed fine but wine after the "configuring wine" menu the installer runs "wine" and the installation halts I attached a photo to see what I mean If you can figure out what's wrong and the installation is halting because wine runs will be great. Thanks |
Hello there
I'm trying to install wine from your script,I'm using Pi4 on a fully updated RetroPie buster image
I have installed mesa and box in the correct order
And then in wine the installation stuck/stays there in the "configuring wine" message it does not go beyond that it stays like this forever
It's strange a couple of months ago it was working and as I see nothing is changed on the script,I also tried in a non updated RetroPie build it does the same so it's not the updates, can you take a look at it please?
Thanks
