"Cant open file!" "Error 1"

when i hover over the gba files, it says on the upper screen "cant open file!" and when i try to open it says on the lower screen "Start failed. Error 1"

You're setting it up wrongly, make sure that GBARunner3.nds is inside of the _nds\TWiLightMenu\emulators folder if you're using TwilightMenu++ to launch GBA games.
