Option to Disable animations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I like the extension and the way it combines the Outline and the minimap (seeing errors and stuff in the outline is great), but I find the animations a little distracting. Especially when jumping around a file. It's good the outline follows the cursor, but there's also a lot of animated movement here.

Describe the solution you'd like
Simply, I'd like the option to disable the animations. Some users might prefer the animations and that's fine. But I'd prefer updates to the outline to be instant, like the built-in outline
