Disable "auto refresh" and "auto colapse"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's changing the treeview outline in realtime and then closing it, so I have to stop what i doing everytime to open the treeview outline again

A "refresh" button/shortcut would fix the "auto refresh" problem and an "alway open/never colapse" option would solve the "auto closing treeview" problem
