Add support for the Ears mod

Hello! I was wondering if it would be possible to add support for skins created with the Skin Manipulator tool that are normally meant to work with the Ears mod.

I suppose it would take quite a long time to add support for all the cosmetics of the Ears mod, so I don't expect to see this feature any time soon, but I'm really curious to know if it would be feasible at all.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank you for developing such a great mod, my friends and I have been using it ever since we discovered it!
