Bug with Citizens & Floodgate

Hello, when using these two plugins and there's online Java player, then after the geyser player connects, Java player cannot execute any cmd & type into the chat. I was reproducing the issue for like 5h but it seems to be caused by these plugins, as this is the minimal combination when it worked.
