One-sentence description

Allow for dynamic time limit for generating team assignment

Desired functionality

A user should be able to indicate how long they want to wait for a team assignment generation. So for example, run a job for 10 seconds, and one for 3 minutes or one for 10 minutes.

Motivation

You don't always want to wait 3 minutes.
