One-sentence description

New clients for GiPHouse projects view the homepage and don't understand what the projects are

Desired functionality

• Describe displayed projects on GiPHouse homepage launch more clearly (What is this?)
• Links should lead to intelligable text or description of projects
• Maybe don't show fall semester projects at all, since GiPHouse clients don't understand.

Example:
As a system administrator, I want to be able to create repositories by clicking on a button, so that I can easily create and see the newly created repositories.
