Coreg.apply should apply horizontal shifts to geotransform

To avoid spreading NaNs with additional resampling, horizontal shifts should be applied to the geotransform by default during Coreg.apply() .
Forcing a new grid should only be done when specified by the user, possibly by introducing a new parameter (maybe resample), or by passing a specific transform.
