Given that there are assembly instructions in Russian, thought it would be good to have user instructions in Russian as well

@DenysGonchar saw that you had helped with the assembly instructions, would you be interested in translating the user instructions as well?

Once revised English user instructions have been established, we will have them translated into Russian.
