I am not receivingg this error when I try to go to the Piwik administrator settings:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Piwik\Menu\MenuAdmin::addEntry() in /home/content/84/11506884/html/analytics/plugins/Counter/Counter.php on line 27

A fatal error occurred

The following error just broke Piwik (v2.12.0-rc2):
Call to undefined method Piwik\Menu\MenuAdmin::addEntry()
in /home/content/84/11506884/html/analytics/plugins/Counter/Counter.php line 27

Any idea how to fix this?
