Exporting from 3.1.2 and noticed that my sector identifiers didn't migrate over, causing all of my authentication redirects to fail (as the redirect_uris are on the sector identifiers). I modified the base_dn list in export3031.py to add 'sector_identifiers' and it appears to have worked.

Is there a reason this was left out and me adding this DN is a bad idea? At the very least sector identifiers are left out when using the current export script.

As an update: I've yet to experience issues with the export created from the above PR.
