According to JanssenProject/jans@25d2701, the jansRequireAuthTime has been removed.

Importing client entries from LDIF file into MySQL or Spanner triggers error on missing column jansClnt.jansRequireAuthTime, because the expected column is removed from JSON schema. To avoid such error, jansRequireAuthTime attribute should be removed from templates used by Flex installers.
