Describe the issue

SAML logout is not login out globally.

How to Replicate the issue

  1. Go to admin UI.
  2. Go to SAML
  3. Add a new trust relationship.
  4. fill up the fields accordingly
  5. open configure relay party and configure saml logout.
  6. test Trust relationship and try to logout
  7. on a new tab try to open Idp

Expected behavior

user must be logout form idp as SLO should perfom global logout.

Actual behavior

user is still logged in IDP .
