Describe the issue

Add an error handling for adding Trust Relationship with duplicate entity ID.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to admin UI
  2. Click on SAML
  3. Go to Add Trust Relationship
  4. Create two trust relationship with same entity ID.

Expected behavior

Duplicate entity IDs should be prohibited to add.

Actual behavior

Gluu UI able to add duplicate entity ID.
