Fix: render organization title in html page

Error Description

Each template file fails to render the organization title to HTML pages. Here is the below line:

<title>#{organizationService.organization.organizationTitle}</title>

that are used by these templates:

1. https://github.com/GluuFederation/oxTrust/blob/master/server/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/incl/layout/fullWidthEmpty.xhtml#L13
2. https://github.com/GluuFederation/oxTrust/blob/master/server/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/incl/layout/newtemplate.xhtml#L16
3. https://github.com/GluuFederation/oxTrust/blob/master/server/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/incl/layout/template.xhtml#L13

This error might be typical for oxauth as well.
