Fix: Scope Inventory search to add multiple attribute in claims with same display name

Behaviour

scopes inventory search in OpenID scopes failed to show multiple attribute with same display name. So, It's not possible to add multiple attribute with same display name

How to replicate?

• register two attributes with same display Name.
• try to find these attribute in openID scopes
• You will see one, another one is missing from search inventory.
